The school handbook

The handbook is a central document that families can access at any time. It is a good place for policies, procedures, schedules, and other reference information.

Uploading a handbook

1. Open School Settings from your avatar menu, then open Handbook and Documents.
2. Click Upload Document.
3. Select a PDF file from your computer.
4. The handbook is now available to all parents and teachers.

Updating the handbook

To replace the current handbook:

1. Open Handbook and Documents.
2. Upload the new PDF.
3. The old version is replaced immediately.

What parents see

Parents open School in the top bar to read the handbook and other documents. The handbook opens in a built-in viewer. Parents can also download a copy.

Tips

• Update the handbook at the start of each academic year.
• Notify families when you make significant changes (use a post).
• Keep the handbook concise. Link to additional resources rather than including everything.
