Common Questions
- What do I get for free?
- The Starter plan is free forever. It covers one classroom and up to ten children, and it includes all core features, observations and daily tracking among them.
- What does the Growth plan cost?
- $0.50 per child per month, with unlimited classrooms and unlimited children. The first ten children are always free.
- Are there fees on payments from families?
- If you use FutureNerds to collect payments, standard Stripe fees plus 1% apply. Billing runs through Stripe, our payment processor.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You can close your account at any time in your account settings. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
- Who is allowed to hold an account?
- You must be at least 18 years old and either an authorized representative of a school or the parent or guardian of an enrolled child. Children do not use FutureNerds directly.
- How is our data protected?
- Each person reads only the records their role allows, and data is encrypted in transit. The security page has the detail.
