Teacher profiles and activity

Teacher profiles

Each teacher has a profile page that gives you visibility into their work across classrooms.

Getting there

Open School Settings from your avatar menu, then open People and Roles, and click a teacher's name.

What you see

The teacher profile includes:

• Classroom assignments -- a list of classrooms the teacher is currently assigned to, with links to each classroom.
• Activity feed -- a chronological list of the teacher's recent work:
  • Observations they have recorded.
  • Lesson plans they have created.
  • Assessments they have authored.

Deactivating a teacher

If a teacher leaves your school or should no longer have access:

1. Open their profile.
2. Click Deactivate.
3. Confirm the action.

A deactivated teacher can no longer log in to your school. Their data (observations, lesson plans, assessments) is preserved.

Reactivating a teacher

If a deactivated teacher returns:

1. Open their profile.
2. Click Reactivate.
3. Reassign them to classrooms as needed.

Tips

• Review teacher activity periodically to ensure observations and lesson plans are being recorded consistently.
• Deactivate teachers promptly when they leave to maintain security.
