Posts

Posts keep you informed about what is happening at school and in your child's classroom.

Where to find posts

Posts appear in two places:

1. Dashboard banners -- active posts appear as colored banners at the top of your school dashboard. Up to 3 active posts are shown at a time.
2. Posts tab -- go to the Posts tab on your school dashboard to see all active posts in a scrollable feed.

Post categories

Posts are labeled with a category:

• General -- general updates and information.
• Announcement -- formal announcements from staff.
• Alert -- urgent information that needs your attention.
• Reminder -- reminders about upcoming deadlines or events.
• Celebration -- milestones and achievements worth celebrating.

Post visibility

• School-wide posts come from administrators and are visible to everyone.
• Classroom posts come from your child's teacher and are only visible to families in that classroom.

Tips

• Check the Posts tab regularly so you do not miss important information.
• If you have questions about a post, message the teacher or administrator directly.
• Posts expire after the time set by the author. Expired posts are no longer shown to parents.
