Your child's profile
Your child's profile is your home base for everything related to their time at school.
What you see
At the top of the profile you see two cards:
- Personal information -- photo, name, date of birth, gender, classroom, allergies, medical notes, and emergency contacts. Click Edit to update information.
- Enrollment history -- your child's enrollment status and classroom history.
Profile tabs
Below the header, you see tabs for different aspects of your child's record:

| Daily Tracking | Daily habit entries (meals, naps, diapers, etc.) |

| Subscriptions | Active product subscriptions and discounts |
| Documents | Uploaded files (vaccination records, ID, etc.) |
| Contacts | Emergency contacts and authorized pickups |
| Checklists | Tasks assigned by the teacher (when available) |
| School Records | Observations, report cards, and daily summaries |
Multiple children
If you have more than one child enrolled, you can switch between their profiles from the Children tab on the dashboard.
Tips
- Check your child's profile regularly to stay informed about their progress.
- Use the tabs to find specific information quickly.
