Calendar and events

School calendar

The calendar shows all upcoming events at your school and in your child's classroom.

Viewing the calendar

1. Go to the Calendar tab on your school dashboard (or click the calendar icon in the top navigation bar).
2. You see a monthly view with all events.
3. Click on an event to see the full details.

Event types

• School-wide events -- holidays, school closures, community events, open houses.
• Classroom events -- field trips, special activities, guest speakers.

You only see events that are relevant to you: school-wide events and events for your child's classroom.

Calendar subscription

You can add the school calendar to your personal calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook):

1. Look for the calendar subscription link on the calendar page.
2. Click Copy calendar link.
3. In your calendar app, add a new subscription using the copied URL.

Events will sync automatically.

Tips

• Check the calendar at the start of each week.
• Add important dates to your personal calendar so you do not forget.
• If an event has a location, click on it for directions.
