Checking attendance history

Attendance history

You can see your child's attendance record at any time from their profile.

Viewing attendance

1. Go to your child's profile.
2. Click the Attendance tab.

1. You see a calendar view showing each day's status:
   • Green -- Present.
   • Red -- Absent.
   • Yellow -- Late.
   • Gray -- No school (weekends, holidays).

Attendance details

Click on any day to see:

• The time your child was marked present or late.
• Any notes the teacher added (e.g., "Parent called -- sick day").

Attendance summary

At the top of the attendance page you can see:

• Total days present.
• Total days absent.
• Total days late.
• Attendance percentage.

Reporting an absence

Click the Report absence button to let the school know your child will be absent. See the absence reporting guide for details.

Tips

• If you notice an error in attendance (your child was marked absent but was at school), contact the teacher right away.
• Let the school know in advance if your child will be absent.
