Managing child documents

Upload and organize vaccination records, identification documents, and other files for each child.

Child documents

Each child's profile has a Documents tab where you can upload and manage important files: vaccination records, identification documents, profile pictures, and other paperwork.

Getting there

Open a child's profile and click the Documents tab.

Uploading a document

  1. Click Upload document.
  2. Select a file from your computer.
  3. Choose the document type:
    • Vaccination record
    • Identification document
    • Profile picture
  4. Click Upload.

Documents are stored securely. Files are served through signed URLs, meaning each download link is temporary and unique for security.

Managing documents

Each document shows:

  • Document type badge.
  • Upload date.
  • A download link and a delete button.

Click the X to remove a document.

Who can upload

Both staff and parents can upload documents to a child's profile. Parents see and manage their own child's documents from the same tab.

Tips

  • Ask parents to upload vaccination records and identification documents during enrollment.
  • Keep documents up to date, especially vaccination records.
  • Delete outdated documents to avoid confusion.
